The BAD News.

 

As a result, over the last three years of operation, of continuous bad weather, dramatically increased running costs, Mooring Fees, Petrol, Maintenance etc. and greatly reduced customer revenue, (Blame the Credit Crunch & Recession), together with the legal requirement, in May 2009, to have "Copperhead Diver II" re-certified for commercial use for a further 5 year term, thereby incurring further expense.  Together with the fact that I also badly injured my back late in 2008, which resulted in me being laid up, (Laid out actually for 5 months) before an operation in June 2009, to repair Three Ruptured Discs.  Not helped by years of lugging Twin Sets and 15 ltr Tanks on and off the boat.      Therefore unfortunately, "Copperhead Diver II",

now ceases to function as a small commercial vessel.
